The private build encrypts vault content and attachments on the server using AES-GCM. It is not end-to-end or zero-knowledge encryption.
Account & access controls
Two-factor authentication and owner-scoped access checks are implemented in the private build.

Less unnecessary exposure
Vault summaries load separately. Individual content is decrypted when it is opened.

What is Digital Keep?
Digital Keep is a digital legacy platform in development. It is designed to help you prepare important information, choose who should receive it, and plan for its release after the required verification conditions are met.
Is Digital Keep a password manager?
Its focus is preparation and continuity, rather than everyday password autofill. You can plan where important accounts are and leave appropriate access instructions. It is not a replacement for your existing password manager.
Can Digital Keep transfer money or assets?
No. Digital Keep prepares information and instructions. It does not transfer legal ownership of money, accounts, cryptocurrency or other assets, and it does not replace a will or professional estate advice.
How will Digital Keep know when someone has died?
Verification and release procedures are still being developed to help prevent accidental or unauthorized access. Death reporting and legacy release are not active services. There are no integrations with government death registries, and verification will not be assumed from inactivity alone.
Who can receive my information?
The intended recipients are the beneficiaries you choose, with separate information assigned to each. Invitation acceptance is not identity or death verification. The full verification and release process must be established before this service is activated.
When will Digital Keep launch?
There is no confirmed launch date yet. Join the waitlist to hear when early access opens. Joining is free and does not reserve a paid plan or guarantee access on a particular date.
